We at STUDIO KROEWE believe in a production process that is fair and sustainable. For our collection pieces we produce on a made-to-order basis to eliminate excess

While we don’t have an exact timeline, we are working hard behind the scenes to make it as quickly as possible. We want our products to last for generations and hope you want to wait for them so that they really last a lifetime.

Once we have shipped the order you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code so you can keep track of your order together with the information when the product will be delivered.

Then the party starts! Unboxing your newest addition.

Payment Methods

We have three payment options you can choose from:
- Credit / Debit Cards
- iDeal
- Klarna

Can I pay my purchase in installments?

Yes, if you choose to pay with Klarna. You submit a request for Pay in parts, Klarna will assess your creditworthiness. You can submit such a request by logging in to the Klarna App or at the top of this page and selecting your purchase.

Payment security information STUDIO KROEWE

All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc. are automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without studiokroewe.com or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

Cancel your order

If you like to cancel your purchase please send an email to hello@studiokroewe.com stated you like to cancel the product(s). You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, you can cancel the product 24 hours after your purchase.
