Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Studio Kroewe purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging.

Refunds can only be made against the original payment method and will show in your account after 14 days of receipt. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items.
Please note: You will need to pay to send the goods to us and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility.
Original shipping will be refunded upon return of a full order within the EU. We do not refund return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged items.
We have the right to deny credits if the items returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the EU.
Custom made orders
Please note that personal adjustments to a design or custom orders, and other options require customization, making it a final sale. This is noted on the specific product pages, or when you order an item outside our standard collection. Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you want to exchange an item for another size? If that is the case, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can resize your item(s) or exchange it with a new one. The costs for exchange and resizing are at own expense.
Damages or faulty items
We strongly believe in the products we sell and their quality. However, there is always a (small) possibility the item you have purchased is damaged/faulty. If that is the case, please contact us directly at email@example.com and send us a picture. We will look for a suitable solution together.
We advise our customers to check all items within fourteen days. Check the delivered quantity and the quality of the article. If there is something not correct please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining what the problem is. In case you need to return the product, we will provide you with a return label. Please note that warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended. After the fourteen-day period, we give a warranty of two months on the quality of the product. If within this period there is a problem with the product please send an e-mail to email@example.com. We will provide you with a suitable solution.
- If it is possible to repair the product we will repair it.
- If it is not possible to repair the product, we will provide you with a new item.
- If it is not possible to repair the product and we do not have it in stock anymore, we will offer you a refund.
