Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.studiokroewe.com.
Clause 1. - Identity
1.1. - STUDIO KROEWE is a trading name of Studio Kroewe V.O.F., a company registered in The Netherlands under registration number 77854489. Our registered address is Glasblazersstraat 4, 2011AR Haarlem The Netherlands (on appointment only). Our VAT number is NL861171585B01 and mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.3. - Accepting or placing an order means that the consumer accepts the applicability of the Terms & Conditions. We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please read the Terms & Conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms & Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
Clause 2. - Eligibility to Purchase
2.2. - In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
2.2. - The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the STUDIO KROEWE terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to STUDIO KROEWE, whose applications are acceptable to STUDIO KROEWE and who have authorized STUDIO KROEWE to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
2.3. - Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In addition, STUDIO KROEWE reserves the right to restrict or refuse orders in multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. If an order is not accepted, STUDIO KROEWE will share this within five (5) working days after receiving the order.
Clause 3. - Orders & Product availability
3.1. - All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
3.2. - All images and specifications are an indication. Every product is handcrafted so variation may occur. If a product does not meet your expectation you may return it (see our Return Policy), but it may not be a reason to file a claim.
3.3. - STUDIO KROEWE offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
3.4. - We believe in a production process that is fair and sustainable. All of our items are manufactured in small batches in the heart of the Netherlands on a made-to-order basis to eliminate excess. This means that your jewelry is only made after an order has been placed. Your rights regarding our made-to-order policy are the same as those for any other purchase at STUDIO KROEWE.

3.5. - Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for pre-order items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once STUDIO KROEWE’s stock has been delivered to STUDIO KROEWE. STUDIO KROEWE will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a designer supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at STUDIO KROEWE. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.
Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
3.6. - Please note that certain rings require customization, making it a final sale. This is noted on the specific product pages, or when you order a item outside our standard collection. Customized pieces are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.7. - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on STUDIO KROEWE. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
3.8. - If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.
3.9. - The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order. STUDIO KROEWE will process your order after you have paid. Until that time, STUDIO KROEWE will remain the full owner of the product(s).
Clause 4. - Pricing & Payment
4.1. - Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Euros price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.
4.2. - Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. All our prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
4.3 - STUDIO KROEWE does not refund price differences if products are subject to markdown at a later date. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4.4 - All product prices shown on the Site are are including taxes and including shipping costs for NL. Customers purchasing from outside NL will be charged for the shipping costs based on product size and weight. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order & shipping costs.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from shipper or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
4.5 - If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
4.6. -You can choose from the following secure payment methods: Ideal, PayPal and Credit card; Mastercard & VISA.
Clause 5. - Acceptance of your order
5.1. - Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
5.2. - Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and STUDIO KROEWE will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
5.3. - We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2.3. set out within the Terms & Conditions.
5.4. - We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
5.5. - By making an offer to purchase products you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where STUDIO KROEWE feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
5.6. - Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Clause 6. - Promotion Codes
6.1. - Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Clause 7. - Approval period
7.1. - STUDIO KROEWE strives that all customers are happy with their purchase. However, we advise you to check the quality and the quantity within fourteen workdays. If something is not correct please send an e-mail to email@example.com. In this case, we will provide you with a return label.

Clause 9. - Shipping & Delivery
9.1. - Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order. STUDIO KROEWE delivers all packages via a courier service with PostNL.
9.2. - STUDIO KROEWE will send the order as quickly as possible after payment of the agreement. STUDIO KROEWE always strive to make sure you get your order in the estimated shipping time. If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock or if post services are on a strike) you will be notified about this immediately.
9.3. - Please note that the delivery times on our Shipping page are estimated. In case a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date it is not possible to make a claim. However, STUDIO KROEWE will always do everything in its power to make sure your order arrives on time.
9.4. - STUDIO KROEWE reserves the right to send your order in parts. There are no additional shipping costs bound for the consumer, and are covered by STUDIO KROEWE.
9.5. - If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when PostNL has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – STUDIO KROEWE calculates these additional costs on to you.
9.6. - Up to and including the delivery STUDIO KROEWE bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
Clause 10. - Warranty
10.1. - After the fourteen-day approval period (clause 7.1) STUDIO KROEWE gives a warranty of two months on the quality of the product and a warranty of one year for 14k gold products. If the quality of the product is not to your satisfaction, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, we will provide you with a return label.
10.2. - STUDIO KROEWE will provide you with a suitable solution, however, it is up to STUDIO KROEWE to decide which of the following options will be used.
• If it is possible to repair the product we will repair it
• If it is not possible to repair the product, we will provide you with a new item
• If it is not possible to repair the product and we do not have it in stock anymore, we will offer you a refund.
10.3. - In case of a refund, the refund (including any shipping costs) will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days.
10.4. - If we repair or replace the item, this can take up to 14 working days unless communicated otherwise.
10.5. - The warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended.
Clause 11. - Governing Law
The laws of your country may differ from the Netherlands and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
