Pay in three installments with 0% interest. You pay the purchase price in three installments at no extra cost, and you will receive the product within the original shipping time. The minimum order amount is €100 and the maximum order amount is €3,000. Read more about it here.

Credit cards
For credit cards, Studio Kroewe features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
Payment security information
All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc. are automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without kroewe.com or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).
Cancel order
If you like to cancel your purchase please send an email to hello@studiokroewe.com stated you like to cancel the product(s). You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, you can cancel the product 24 hours after your purchase.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If there are any questions left please contact us by email at hello@studiokroewe.com for extra help.

Your own gold
Do you have some golden jewelry at home that you never wear? We would be able to use your old gold in a new piece of jewelry. Hand it in so we can make something new out of it. This can be done in 2 different ways.
For both methods, we calculate the value of your invested gold. We test the gold for the number of carats, and weigh the amount of gold. Based on this, we determine how much your invested gold is worth. We deduct that amount from the invoice, because we used your gold as a means of payment.
Example: Do you have 10 grams of 14k gold? If the daily rate is at €30/pr grams, then you receive a deduction on the invoice of €300 for the gold that you handed in.

#1 Trade in your old gold for credit
The first option is straightforward. Any gold you no longer wear can be traded in at the daily market rate and applied as a credit toward your purchase. While we won't use your specific gold to create your new piece, it will be melted down and refined together with other customers' gold to produce items in our collection. The value serves as payment toward your new jewelry. You can also trade in gold of different karats (not just 14k) as well as white gold through this option.
#2 We transform your gold into a new piece of jewelry
Does your gold hold significant sentimental value? Then having your own gold transformed is absolutely worthwhile. Your gold will be processed separately and crafted into a new piece of jewelry made exclusively for you. Please note that if your pieces contain stones, there will be additional costs associated with processing your gold separately.
Visit us
We advise you to book an studio visit and bring your gold to the appointment. Then we will have a look at your items and explain the options to you for the new design. Please note: We do not re-use gemstones except for diamonds. Not all models are suitable for using your own gold. We are happy to discuss the options with you in our studio.
